NoVa STAR

NoVa STAR is a constellation puzzle game that runs entirely on your device. We built it to be quiet — no accounts, no sign-in, no connection required after you install it. This policy explains the limited data the app touches and what it does with it.

NoVa STAR may read a device identifier to remember your preferences and provide basic app functionality — for example, to keep your puzzle progress, star ratings, day streak, and chosen Spark Trail between sessions.

This identifier is used locally on your device. It is not transmitted, shared, or reported anywhere outside the app.

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, location, contacts, or anything else you might consider identifying.

All preferences and progress — which skies you have solved, your star tally, your streak, your visual settings — are held in local app storage on your device. They exist to give you a consistent, continuing experience across sessions.

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond running the app on your device.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. There is nothing to share: the app does not gather data that would be meaningful outside your device.

App data lives in local storage on your device for as long as the app is installed. Deleting or reinstalling the app removes all locally stored data. We hold no copies elsewhere.

Because all data stays on your device, you are always in control. You can clear app data at any time through your device's settings, or by uninstalling the app. If you have questions about your privacy or want to raise a concern, reach us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

NoVa STAR does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app contains no age-gated features and stores only local puzzle progress. If you believe a child's information has been captured in error, contact us and we will address it without delay.

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
